Delicious food that is more in the lower price range. Fast preparation and a great restaurant even in these times. Pick up, payment on site and preparation under all hygiene regulations!

Have already had mixed experiences with this restaurant. On some visits the food was good, on others less so. In the end, what put me off most were the horror stories about the lack of hygiene in the kitchen. And the believable stories of undesirable food accompaniments (e.g. hair). The service was mostly very friendly and tried hard.

Branko Kebap has tickled a lot with the soulful generation through humanitarian efforts. This passion and speed with the friendly streak that was shown at the same time delighted me deeply. I look forward to repeating it in the near future. Thanks to my palate to the Kopp-ab producer! It was very tasty.

Unfortunately after 45 min. after the delivery date still no food and no message from the suppliers. My phone call: It will take another 15 minutes. That's not a service. I can wait 15 minutes but 1 hour or more is not worth Lieferando.

Mega unfriendly staff on the phone is put in your face. Food catastrophic, when the Branko was there it was much friendlier and more professional. The woman is not aiming for anything. The little kidis who work at the bar and cash register are unfriendly and inexperienced and should go back to school or do some other temporary job.

Going to eat when we are around, always nicely decorated for the time of year and also the food accordingly, like the autumn tarte flambée

It's okay on site, I would give more than one star. But as a delivery service, we waited 2.5 hours for our food, which of course was cold. At 11 pm we thought we'd go to the big "M" and get something to eat. As an excuse we got a Fanta bottle for free. But well.

The quality has clearly suffered under corona. I haven't eaten such a bad pizza yet, you could tell that everything was out of the tin and the pizza dough was ready absolutely no recommendation.

I live in Eberbach and now and then I go to the snack bar. I noticed that the young staff is always overwhelmed and unfriendly. Making out with their cell phone is also very important to them. On Friday 7th August I was there at noon. A young colleague assigned me a place and a short time later another came and I wanted to evict me from this place. Grudged at me, insulted me and said I could go again. After my protest. What an outrage, because you employ such people.

We have been customers for many years. Lately something is almost always missing when ordering to pick up. If you order an extra topping for at least € 2 for the large pizza, it should also be included. Sometimes the peppers are missing, sometimes the tuna. The last time the house dressing. You just have to control everything every time. Boss was written to the stored email address to draw attention to it, no reaction. In addition, although you sometimes order an hour before collection, you still have to wait 20 minutes because the order has not even started to be processed. That in normal operation. We think about whether the more than 40km there and back is really worth it. It's a shame, that went better there.

Ordered food .. waited forever and half was missing .. The schnitzel was burnt, you couldn't eat the salad .. Called and on the phone totally rude .. never again!

Delicious food, nice outside area. Unfortunately the staff was only slightly overwhelmed (it was not too full), even the boss had to intervene and there was probably a good start.
